EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Matt helped me locate somebody who had an assault and battery warrant out for him…IN JUST A FEW HOURS! What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy helping people especially those faced with a complex problem that will take research and persistence to solve. Too be a good investigator you must enjoy researching and have the aptitude to spend hours compiling information that will be essential in solving your cases. The field work such as surveillance interviewing people balances out the time spent in the office doing research and reports.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My long-term mission is to continue to build a sound agency which will enable us to devote more time and resources to help protect seniors. The elderly is too often forgotten and waste away in assisted living, nursing homes and private care residences. Virginia's population is rapidly aging, and many wonderful people suffer from Alzheimer's disease and need protection. This dreadful disease places our most vulnerable adults at the mercy of individuals that do not care about the vulnerable seniors they were trusted to protect.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a unique background and acquired skill set that make me unique among they typical investigator that spends the majority of their time in surveillance mode. I invest a lot of time in training and take specialized classes such as statement analysis (trained to find hidden information in written statement) and FACS (facial action coding system....ability to read facial/ micro expressions).
