About 2 months ago I started doing Hot Yoga. Before this I think I had tried traditional Yoga twice in my life and decided it was not for me. In March I injured my knee and then in May re-injured my back. This left me unable to do any workout other than walking on flat ground. This even had limitations which was incredibly frustrating and basically totally blew.Even though I was not into Yoga I thought that maybe Hot Yoga would be beneficial and that I should give it a try for 2 reasons.1) Anyone who really knows me, knows I am typically all over the place and for the safety and sanity of the people I love Yoga should be a regular part of my life 2) The heat would possibly help open my joints and give me flexibility and mobility that as a result of my injuries I no longer had.All I can say is WOW! I cannot stress how amazing these classes have been! My body is still not 100% but these classes have truly made an incredible difference in my mobility and comfort level. It is mentally cleansing in ways I personally have never experienced. Because of the minimal impact, I have physically found it to be core building and healing in countless ways and one of the most rewarding workouts I have done. They do not push people past their limitations and are incredibly supportive in allowing people to do what their body is capable of doing. Assuring newbies and people with injuries that it's ok. Over time, we will get to where we want to be. It's a pretty amazing workout both mentally and physically!Thank you Shannon Engelhardt for making every class so awesome More...

This amazing studio offers "classic" hot yoga (Bikram style) with an array of certified teachers. I've tried other studios but always return to this meditative simple practice. Thank you!

Real Bikram Yoga. I love this studio. I was lucky enough to practice here for 6 months (commuting from Santa Barbara) and enjoyed every class. The space is bright and open and the teachers are consistently spectacular. The community forming around this studio is special and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to try Bikram Yoga. 5 STARS. Namaste! More...

This is a great yoga studio. I've been practicing Bikram for about 5 years and this is the smallest studio I've visited, I think my average class size was about four people, which is great if you want the individualized attention to really get better at the poses. I had the same instructor for 18 classes spread over 3 months. The owner/instructor, Shiva, is friendly and knowledgable and is able to assist beginners and experts alike. Occasionally she'll do something off the Bikram routine just to mix it up with a different way to do a pose. So as mundane as Bikram can be, she keeps it interesting. There is free parking behind the studio and new people can get 5 classes in 30 days for $35 which is also quite a good deal to see how you like it, just don't forget to bring a mat, towel, and water.
