What do you love most about your job?
We value the ability to empower our investigation clients by providing information and/or evidence that can protect them legally and emotionally.
We also value the confidence that we provide to our security clients as we protect people and/or property.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The owners of Hold That Scene investigations are two former NYPD Detective/Investigators. Bob Saenz and Rob Bilella were partners in the nationally recognized Crime Scene Unit. After both men retired, it was a natural progression to continue helping people with investigating past issues or avoiding future losses.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are an established Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business with an office in Babylon, NY. We are NOT a "Big Box" conglomerate that loses site of the importance of each client, and we are NOT a sole proprietor working from home with limited resources.
We are a select group of investigators and security professionals with access to nationwide databases and resources. We are able to serve our clients from around the corner and around the country. More importantly, each case is important to us because each case is important to our clients and our rates are reasonable.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
We can provide services remotely. Upon request we will schedule Zoom meetings during our office hours. Documents and agreements can be sent and signed electronically, payments can be received by electronic invoice. All of these options can be done on your desktop / laptop / tablet / smartphone.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We absolutely welcome our clients who choose to meet with us at our office. For those who wish to come to us, we have complimentary disposable masks and hand sanitizer. Surfaces in our office are cleaned with disinfectant wipes numerous times every day and there is enough room to maintain appropriate social distance.
