Having been in the business for over 20 years, I decided to open HIVE RE Group and run the business the best way we could to service our clients.

We cater our services to anyone who owns residential real estate in Clark County, NV. They don't need to be physically present in NV to hire us and we can take care of their property needs while they are next door or across the world.
Real Estate Sales
Whether you are looking to purchase or sell your property, we can assist with your best interest in mind. We do have agents who specifically work with individual parties for personal home sales/ purchases but for the most part, we deal with investors looking to get the best return on their investment. Customer service along with expertise in our field is one of the major reasons clients come to us.
Residential Property Management
We manage properties ranging from single families, condos to multi-family units up to 35 units. We analyze each property to ensure a great return on investment for each our clients while maintaining the properties to avoid any deferred maintenance. We pride ourselves on maintaining great working relationships with both owners and tenants as we feel it makes a difference and allows us to keep well qualified tenants in place and keep the property in better shape! We strive to be the leader in the industry in providing QUALITY homes for rent and we ensure we uphold a set standard to do just that for both tenants and owners
