I have been a supporter and facilitator for most of my life. I love helping people find solutions to problems. I am thrilled to guide people in uncovering new insights to reach the success they desire!
What inspired you to start your own business?
After 24 years in education, I decided that I wanted to use my expertise and talents to support people in another way. Instead of working to leading systems that promote achieve academic achievement as the definition of success, now I help individuals achieve their goals.

Equipped with 24 years experience teaching, coaching, and mentoring youth, Moneke supports youth (ages 13-16) and young adults (ages 17-22).
High Yield Concepts LLC youth groups are formed based on the age and practical needs of participants.
Moneke guides youth (8-10 participants) to find motivation and direction. Youth develop communication, networking, problem solving, and self leadership skills. They become more independent completing actual or simulated entrepreneurial projects.
