Q&As

This is not the career I set out to have, it's the career I chose after seeing a marked and atrocious gap in leadership trainings and talks for those who struggle with mental health and neurodivergence, those who care about servant leadership, and those who feel like success is out of reach for them. I struggled in my corporate career not because I was unintelligent or incapable, but because I couldn't bring myself to follow bad leadership, period. So, might as well start a new generation of compassionate, informed, people-first leaders.

I didn't go to school for this, so when you hire me as a speaker or consultant, you're not getting a cookie cutter experience taught to the same cohort of eager MBAs. I chose this path because I'm passionate about helping people, not because it's an easy paycheck.

Absolutely! While I believe the best conversations happen in-person, I am open to remote or online events and have hosted webinars and trainings via online platforms such as StreamYard, Zoom, Google Meet, and Teams before.

Services

A key to good leadership is knowing how to spot struggling employees. During our training, we talk leadership pain points, preconceived notions and experiences that might be affecting our leadership style, and how to identify, categorize, and assist struggling employees through our Intention Activation Grouping system.

Some teams don't see eye-to-eye, but in today's professional climate, it can be hard to truly voice your feelings and opinions. We come in and act as the mediation or bridge between groups, whether it's two leaders or managers, or a leadership-employee dynamic. We hear both sides of the story, filter the emotion out of it, and offer fair solutions that satisfy both parties. You might not always like what we have to say, that doesn't mean you don't need to hear it.

Psychology informs business more than we care to admit. Our talks center around the psychological principles, such as trauma, internal family systems, and communication and learning styles, that trickle into our adult and professional lives from our childhood (whether we want them to or not). Every human has a valid story. We aim to create talks and conversations that resonate with as many people in the room as possible. Because one size DOESN'T fit all--in fashion, or in business.
