Abagail is a healer. I have history of a herniaton to my L5 and degenerative disc disease to my lower spine. I would recommend Healing Hands if you're dealing with chronic pain.

Healing Hands has been my go to massage spot since September 2018. The convenient location drew me in for my first massage, but Abigail's massage style keeps me coming back regularly. No two massages at Healing Hands are ever the same. Abigail listens to what you say you need (and she can feel what you need as she works) and tailors every experience. She even accommodated me throughout pregnancy and after the birth of my newborn. Scheduling is super easy through the website and her rates cannot be beat. I love that pricing is all-inclusive - never the awkward 'how much should I tip' moment at the end of your relaxing massage. True story – I rode my bike to get bagels @ Leroy’s one Saturday morning a few months ago, pulling my 3yo son in the trailer behind me as many a Highland parent is wont to do, when I saw a sign that read “Sports Massage”. Feeling achy, tight, and generally broken, I booked an appointment. And I’ve booked an appointment every week since. I have a lacrosse ball, foam roller, more books than you can shake a thera-cane at, bands, etc. But there are some adhesions I can’t physically get to. Working with Abigail has been fantastic. So, I had known Abigail from other friends for awhile, and was well aware of Healing Hands long into the horrendous epoch that was the Summer of 2018. My back had been a frustrating enigma of on-and-off affliction for quite some time, as I had suffered some injuries during my early twenties that resulted in a couple of lower back herniated discs. Clinically, I was told by physicians that the damage didn't look severe enough to warrant any strong committment to surgery, most likely being a lumbar laminectomy or some other form of nerve compression relief, but the screaming agony in my back and legs told me otherwise. I struggled to make it through most days, and walking for longer than a minute or two was excruciatingly painful, save for the tingling numbness in my right ankle and foot that accompanied the burning and torturous Sciatica that traveled down my leg.I had recently opened up a new business, and the fears of the company failing due to this "complication" was all too real. In a leap of faith, I reached out to Abby, not exactly sure that I had much confidence in achieving any positive results, but acting in absolute sheer desperation, knowing that my body couldn't hold out much longer. The results, I'm thrilled to say, have been serendipitously astounding. For the first time in many years, I feel limber and relaxed, able to accomplish nearly any physical task with minimal aches and pains, to even include those unassociated with my back injury. Abigail has a remarkable abilty to pinpoint problem areas and attacks them fervently. She is serenely pleasant and attentive, focused and magnificently dexterous. I find her completely trustworthy, which comforts me to a level of which I can nonchalantly allow her to do her job as she professionaly sees fit, while also knowing that she'll be extremely empethetically receptive to cues that the pain of working on particular muscles may be becoming less bearable.A year ago, I would have scoffed at the idea of incorporating massage into a regular routine. I have recently relocated to the Denver area and have been desperately trying to find someone who can fully service all of my skin care needs. I made an appointment with Abigail to help me with my chronic muscle and ligament issues. She quickly pinpointed exactly what I needed and tried a new approach using cups that I hadn't tried before. She also applied targeted pressure to help loosen my tightness, and finished off with some relaxation and deep tissue massage. She clearly has a lot of knowledge in helping people with sports and post surgical issues, and is skilled at creating not only a relaxing experience but also providing relief for specific concerns. On top of her professional expertise, Abigail is also very engaging and personable which just enhances the experience even more.
