How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
by first understanding and addressing any medical or past injury issues. Then identifying their specific goals and coming up with a customized nutrition plan and workout plan to address them. Lastly identify their why. Everyone has a deeper reason as to why they are looking to hire a personal trainer.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Comes down to three things that need to be in order. Nutritional plan, challenging workouts and adequate sleep. If one or more of those is not in order it will not happen. Lastly consistency conquers all.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people feel better about themselves and be able to enjoy activities and overall get more enjoyment out of life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I like the idea of being in control of my own destiny and income. At the end of the day it falls on me and I enjoy the that I can take all the success as my own and not help someone else or some faceless company make money off my efforts without appreciation.
Why should our clients choose you?
One word accountability and a specific plan. You hire a trainer for distilled information needed to get to your goals and cut through the bs. I will be there to make sure you get what you want in fitness as long as you follow the plan.

Yes I do provide online personal training services through WRKOUT app. I offer a once a week call for 45 minutes, 2X a month customized workout plans as well as email and texts.
