How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
An involved question session to get to know the clients needs, wants, likes and dislikes. After obtaining the needed information, extensive research through cookbooks and online to find items that begin to fit in to the client's desires and make whatever modifications would be necessary to finalize them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A desire to truly express myself creatively as well as the ability to serve on my own terms.
