DO NOT USE THIS GROOMER. SO CARELESS!!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed in this groomer. He came to groom my 3 dogs this morning. We witnessed a horrible thing that shook me to my core and made me lose all trust in him. After giving my first dog a bath, he opened the van door (with my dog on the table) to put a towel outside on the hood of his van to dry. He left the door open. My dog then jumped from the table and was hanging from the cord for about 10 seconds before thankfully getting free. He escaped out of the grooming van and came running to our front door. Our first instinct was to bring him back out to the grooming van which we did. However within about a minute, decided that we simply could not leave our sweet boy out there in the van with him after witnessing that. I went out to get him and told him to cancel the grooming for the other 2 dogs. As crazy as it sounds I am so thankful he was able to escape from the van and break free of the cord on the table. If he was hanging there for much longer it could have been much worse and I may not be able to be sitting here snuggling him right now. After explaining the situation to him, none of this he witnessed because he was outside of the van when our dog was hanging from the table, he was very defensive and said this has never happened before and insinuated that it was my dogs fault for jumping off the table rather than his for leaving him. Our dog should have NEVER been left alone in that van. Our dog is almost 10 years old and has NEVER done this and has only ever been groomed by a mobile groomer. He then requested that I not post a bad review because it is bad for his business. While I understand this is a small business, I do not care. My dog’s life and wellbeing comes before your business and if I can save someone else the heartache I’m going through I will. More...

When the Groomer got to your house your dog was extremely matted on on a lot of parts you shaved a couple parts of him so he was half shaved half not shaved. The dog looked like it didn’t go to a groomer for a decade. I did my best to brush everything out to not need to shave him to give him back to you looking perfect. so your dog is not used to getting groomed you send your dog once in a lifetime to the Groomer and we did everything to make him look good again . We did everything right on our end. everything was done great the Groomer just went to extend the towel and your dog tried to jump, so that’s your dogs fault not the groomers fault that he’s not used to getting groomed. Was being done a perfect job on your dog! He tried to jump o because he’s not used to go to grooming. First thing try to take better care off your dogs first he was in terrible shape because you don’t send him and you want to glam the groomer for that. That’s not our fault.

All I know is that they sat right behind my house for the longest time, with a super loud compressor / generator or something going. They wouldn't leave, and they took forever. Sound drives me absolutely nuts. More...
