What’s your signature dish?
I specialize in French, Italian, BBQ and most any cuisine. I work with clients to understand what they want are passionate about.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I do a consultation process where I interview the client to understand their needs. I come with references !
What do you love most about your job?
I meet all kinds of lovely people and get to make them happy thru culinary arts.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked as chef for many years and wanted to own my own company !

I will follow thru on my projects all the way. I work continuously to make my clients happy and gain reviews. Most of my clients I have been working with for years and rehire me.

I have my vaccination. I can wear a mask or do whatever is necessary and makes the quest feel comfortable
