Celebration for my wife’s 69th birthday. Unfortunately she is suffering with dementia and we wanted a “memorable” occasion. Approximately 50-55 attendees. Almost everyone attending had grey hair. Friends, family, former co-workers, neighbors, etc. a diverse group of people. Rob gave us several options. We chose to have him strolling through the venue and visiting with all the guests, as some people took seats at the tables, but other people chose to mingle around the room. Rob arrived early and introduced himself. And then he started “working the room”. We requested that he stay for two hours as some attendees would probably arrive late (which they did) and Rob actually stayed a little past our requested time. After the party, I received a lot of comments from our guests about how much they enjoyed “the magician” and how his being there made the party special. Rob searched for me as he was getting ready to depart. I tried to get him to stay for the next phase of the party…..champagne and birthday cake. But he said he needed leave. Rob and his assistant put on an amazing show! My wife loves magic so we hired him for her birthday and had about 12 friends over to watch. He did up close magic with all of us and provided great entertainment and kept us laughing as well. Ron Haddon provided a very positive and happy mind bending, magical experience at my home for 50 guests celebrating my wedding anniversary. Ron arrived promptly, dressed to impress, and was accompanied by his very lovely assistant, his wife. We invited Ron and his wife to stay for the entire party, because he engaged so well with guests, and was so easy to talk to.
