I HIGHLY recommend GYMGUYZ if you’re looking for a great and fun strength workout outdoors! The instructor was knowledgeable and motivating, created engaging circuits, and provided plenty of modifications tailored to your fitness level. The music was excellent and the time absolutely flew by (no easy feat when you’re doing planks and battle ropes)! Absolutely. We have both in-person and virtual training options. Our virtual training is performed in a fun, fully GYMGUYZ branded environment. Many clients choose to combine both virtual and in-person training. Nothing is better than being in the same room with your trainer for motivation and long-term success.

In-Home Personal Training
We bring the trainer, equipment, and workout to you! Our signature red GYMGUYZ vans are stocked with over 300 pieces of top-end, sanitized, portable, in-home fitness equipment that we use in your workout. We take the equipment with us after every use, or can leave some on-site for your convenience. Your choice. You don't need a gym membership, equipment, or even a full room to workout in. Virtual Personal Training
GYMGUYZ Virtual Personal Training sessions are designed to fully recreate the in-home or on-site personal training experience, with dedicated one-on-one or small group (2-5 people) instruction for a full hour. Your GYMGUYZ Trainer will instruct, inform and motivate you throughout your remote session, demonstrating key exercises to ensure proper form and technique. These sessions are available via the GYMGUYZ Fitness App, Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp or Skype. Our personal trainers are local to you, and work for your local GYMGUYZ In-Home Personal Training location. So, we don't just exist on your device. More importantly, you can blend virtual with in-home sessions for the best long-term experience and results. The first step in your virtual training journey is a free health and fitness assessment, also completed remotely. Our expert team will use the information uncovered in your assessment to create a customized fitness program made just for you and your body, and to agree on the frequency and nature of your sessions to get you the results you are looking for.
