Chef Massimo was absolutely amazing! He showed up a few minutes early, brought absolutely everything with him (down to salt and pepper!) and added such an easy going, laid back vibe to our party.
I felt like the food deserved its own paragraph ... which was absolutely amazing. So delicious! Everything was prepared with the utmost attention to detail and came out at exactly the right time.
Chef Massimo was open to my thoughts and ideas for the party and how I saw it going, and really worked with me. He even brought his wife to help with cocktails which allowed me to really enjoy the party with my guests.

Chef Massimo, has exceeded our expectations on every front. It was like having a family member in my home cooking. He was warm, friendly, and still very professional. Now down to the good stuff. The chef prepared a three course meal for us. The first was a Meat and cheese platter, with an awesome berry jam that was made in front of us. Second was the main course, gnocchi in Bolognese sauce with mushrooms. And lastly we had cheese cake with fresh berries and pomegranate sauce all made by the chef. As someone that is well traveled and has been to Italian restaurants all across the world this was by far the best Italian meal I've ever had.
Thank you so much Chef Massimo for a phenomenal evening, I couldn't ask for more.

Massimo and his wife Tara were amazing. We held a party last night that set up, executed and concluded without any glitches. The aroma that was coming from the kitchen when I arrived home was amazing. That was only the beginning of what was an tastefully planned night of food, presentation and detailed description of everything we were about to eat. If I were to have to pick my favorite course I would have to say ALL of them. Each course was paired perfectly with ingredients that made each dish another wonderful experience. Massimo’s nearly 40 years of experience in high end restaurants shows in everything he does. Massimo and Tara are very friendly and made cooking another entertaining event for me and my guests to watch. If you are planning an event or special celebration, I would highly Recommend Massimo !!

The meal was fantastic. Massimo was very flexible and creative creating the menu. He had lots of great ideas and was able to tweak things to make the entire menu gluten free. Great communication throughout. He made the prep for 18 people look effortless. The food was fantastic - from the appetizers through all five courses. Tara, his wife who helped with service did a great job. We definitely plan to use Massimo again and would recommend him.

Chef Massimo and his wife were the perfect team to pull off our dinner party hosted in our apartment. We have a very small kitchen and moved the dinner from outside to inside at the last minute, but Chef Massimo was able to adapt without a hitch. The food was delicious, but almost more importantly, Chef Massimo was so hospitable and warm, and took all of the burden off of me and my husband so that we could actually enjoy the evening. We had a few children at the party, and Chef Massimo was great with them. He was also very accommodating to several guests with bad allergies. We will definitely hire Chef Massimo for our events in the future!
