What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As the numbers of Covid-19 cases rises and the Government is rolling out the vaccine it will depend a lot on retailers and pharmacies to ensure that rules are followed and that the vaccine, where appropriate, is properly distributed, and many of our clients play a big role in that task. Guardian Security has extensive experience and plans in place for this exact scenario.
First and foremost, we have extensive healthcare security experience. Our past clients include RadNet HealthCare, SUNY Downstate Hospital and Medical Center, Kings County Hospital, Lenox Hill Radiology, Golden Age Assisted Living as well as multitude of Nursing Homes and Adult Assisted Living Facilities that continue to use our services to date.
Second, is our experience in Retail. When Covid-19 reached New York City and a “Stay at Home” was issued in March of 2020, our company was on the forefront of the battle against Covid-19, controlling lines at retail locations and healthcare facilities, providing people with clear guidance through use of our multi-lingual Guards by placing them strategically in the areas where their language skills are the biggest asset and ensuring compliance with all laws and guidelines pertaining to masks, occupancy, social distance, and order.
Third, is our compliance team that inspects every site where we provide services several times per day and ensure that all rules and regulations are followed that the people on the group have proper guidance and all their concerns have been met. Our compliance team spends an extensive amount of time coordinating with NYC Fire Dept., NYS and NYC Dept. of Health, NYS Liquor Authority, as well as law enforcement agencies at the State and Local levels in order to ensure that they are up to date on all applicable rules, laws, and regulations and are able to bring this wealth of information to our clients.
