I’ve been training since about 2013 and I’ve had several trainers throughout that time and King is by far one of the best. A workout with King is truly a good workout. King’s workouts are both challenging and a good time. King does a great job of working at your level while still pushing you to the next. One of my favorite things about working out with King, and one of the great things that makes him different than a lot of trainers is that you can take your workouts home. A lot of times you’ll go to a training session at a gym get in a good workout and then on a non-training session day feel left in the dark about what to do on your own; either you won’t have the equipment or the knowledge. However, with King he provides you with the tools and knowhow to take your workouts with you wherever you go. King also does a good job of checking on his clients progress and encourages and motivates even from afar. Your goal will change as your body changes so I will be here to ride it out with you until we get there.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the feeling I get when you feel good about yourself. I love the craftsmanship of building not only a great body but building confidence and good habits.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I grew up in a home with a lot health issues and as I got older they started to carry over to me. From there I made a decision to change me life. After being overweight and diagnosed with high blood pressure, borderline diabetic and malfunctioning kidney at the time to the doctor telling me I’m the picture of health I fell in love with process. What’s better then doing something you love and have also been through?
