I recently joined Refocus Fitness and I do the group fitness program 3 days a week. It has been a transformative experience! Everyone, from Greg to my fellow gym goers, is supportive and motivated, creating a sense of community that's hard to find elsewhere. The variety of workouts keeps things exciting and each class challenges me in new ways. Greg also does a great job at showing me adaptations when I need them. I've noticed significant improvements in my strength and endurance, and I love the accountability that comes from working out with others. I have trained with Greg Barber through FITT for Change for four months and 16 days now. My entire body started changing after the first week. Greg has tailormade complete schedules and "circuits" to mesh with my strengths and weaknesses. I have lost ~9 inches at my natural waist, and nothing fits anymore; I've gone from wearing 4XL t-shirts (in men's since I couldn't find them in women's), to wearing Large and XL. My stomach has shrunk; my legs are smaller. My stature is even getting smaller! Several people have complimented me recently on how I look and what I've been doing.
