I'm a full charge/Sr. Staff Accountant and the owner of a bookkeeping company in Encino, CA. - Grand Enterprises & Associates Inc. We are a small practice with with myself and my associates and we are here to help with anything your business may need.

We offer full service accounting firm with over 20 years of experience providing both in-house and on-site bookkeeping services for all your personal and business needs.

We offer a full spectrum of accounting services, including:
• Reconcile checking account with the bank statement each month for proper account balance and to identify any errors. We will make correcting entries directly to and identify the source of each adjustment. We will advise you of these adjustments and make you aware of any corrections.
• Review, analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts for accuracy and confer with you regarding any items not fully understood.
• Prepare and record all necessary journal entries to reflect correct accounting records.
• Prepare, present, and submit Financial Statements on a monthly basis.
• Review Sales Journal and prepare Sales Tax Returns (if applicable).
• Review and reconcile Payroll records and Payroll Tax Returns. (IRS & EDD)
• Record allocation of payroll by department to prepare for Medicare Cost report
• Prepare and process Form 1096 and 1099
• Prepare City Business License Annual Renewals (if applicable).
• Prepare and process Form 571 L (annual County Business Property Tax) (if applicable).
• Setup and Installation of QuickBooks program and basic training (if applicable).
