First time in Paso. Alex came highly recommended and did not disappoint.  Five star service! Limo was beautiful.  It was 115 degrees and little extra touches (lots of water,  champagne) really made it special.

We've used their limo service a few times for wine tasting in Paso Robles and they are outstanding!  Alex responds quickly and John is a great driver.  This last time it was 115 degrees and John made sure our trip was excellent--going to get a bottle of wine and charcuterie for a quick trip to Cambria to cool down.  It was our first outing since the pandemic and we are so glad we took the plunge.  Our safety and comfort were their top priority--plus they are great fun!  We'll always use them for our trips to the area.  Highly recommended :) More...

Excellent Experince. Alex was easy to work with getting everything setup and made some fantastic suggestions when the wineries I wanted were either closed or full. Prices are great.Our chauffeur James was excellent. The SUV was clean and comfortable, stocked with plenty of water. James was there to open doors, carry boxes and what ever else we needed. On a side note - Please make sure to tip your chauffeurs and tasting staff extra well during these times. Travel and leisure services have been hugely impacted. I would give 10 stars if I could. Alex gave us hands down the best wine tasting day! We drove up from LA and wanted a very COVID safe experience and Alex totally delivered. We weren't familiar with the area and many of the wineries require reservations for social distancing purposes. Alex set up our day's itinerary perfectly with 4 awesome winery stops near each other to minimize drive time. The first included live music and a fantastic lunch. Such a needed escape after being cooped up for months but we honestly felt so safe and in such good hands that we could completely relax and enjoy the day. Highly recommend for anyone who is worried about being safe right now. Way surpassed our expectations! Do yourself a favor and call Alex to set up a day that you wouldn't get from any other service. There is a reason that all the reviewers have given Grand Cru five stars!  Their service is excellent!I used Grand Cru last fall for a girls trip celebrating a 50th birthday.  We rented a limousine, and John was our driver.  He was the perfect gentleman,  very attentive and had lots of great information.  He helped us stay on schedule (we visited three wineries, and enjoyed lunch at one).  Two weeks ago, we returned with my husband's college buddies and their wives.  We rented a Mercedes sprinter van, mostly because the other two husbands are very tall.  It was very comfortable for everyone, and plenty of room in the back for our wine purchases.  James was our driver for the day.  He was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful.Alex is very easy to work with.  He is professional, and answers all communications quickly. This review is overdue. We used Grand Cru a month ago for a women's weekend getaway with 7 of us. Alex (owner) and Kyle (driver) were AMAZING! Alex was responsive and easy to work with.  I told him the 3 wineries we wanted to attend and he arranged the appointments.  We also wanted to include lunch, which he also recommended 2 restaurants that were on our way. We selected one of them and we weren't disappointed.  Alex gave us a complimentary upgrade (based upon availability) to a Mercedes Sprinter. Basically, the appearance on the outside looks like a luxury van but the inside is set up exactly like a limousine.  We enjoyed our day with Kyle as well; he was a gentleman. He opened the doors, took us to the selected wineries, carried our cases of wine back to the "limo", and kindly reminded us our time so we can wrap up our tasting (and purchases) to be on time for our next appointment. We invited Kyle to join us for lunch which we enjoyed talking with him. Our last winery we went to wasn't up to our liking (keep in mind that this is one that we selected ourselves) and he recommended Herman Story. He knows the owner, called him, and needless to say we were able to get in.  Herman Story was my absolute favorite of them all that we tasted that day...thank you Kyle!Overall, if you are looking for transportation without a getting a ticket in Paso Robles, I HIGHLY recommend Grand Cru Limousine. We loved our tour of the wonderful vineyards in Paso Robles.  Alex the owner and our driver suggested some fabulous vineyards, we spent a great day tasting wines and olive oils,  indulging in wonderful fresh creative foods.  We were able to score a private dinning experience at Somm's kitchen.  Alex I thank you for your expertise sense of humor and professionalism. Want that being catered to feeling, then Grand Cru is the only choice. Was in Paso for a weekend girls trip with no plans, to having the best time ever with Grand Cru. On a whim we called Alex from Grand Cru and thought no way would he have availability on a busy Saturday. Not only did Alex return my call with in a few minutes,  he had an outstanding, professional, door to door service driver named Roger pull up to the house Saturday morning with waters and a kind hand to help us into a gorgeous Mercedes van to provide us gals with top notch service to the beautiful hills in wine country. What a day. Roger was a class act, took care of our purchases, had waters for us, drove us to each winery with easy, even took pictures of us in front of the wineries. We decided late in the game that we wanted to get a limo to take us out wine tasting on a Saturday afternoon. We reached out to Alex on Thursday.  Luckily he had the slot open. We couldn't have made a better choice.  He showed up on time if not a bit early with a super clean Mercedes Benz sprinter van conversion to an awesome limo. He was very helpful in determining our destinations, ensuring the wineries knew we were coming (including a lunch table at Cass), had space available and kept us on track. We visited Paso last weekend. Wanting to enjoy our wine tasting we decided to hire a limo service.  The lady at the number that a friend who lives in the area referred me to was booked up. She gave me Alex's number at Grand Cru Limousine who set us up in a Denali for our party of 6. Kyle, our driver picked us up and was great. He filled us in on a lot of the winemaking history in the area and was a fantastic tour guide. To top it off Alex lined up 2 of the wineries for our group. Hired them twice this year to go wine tasting with friends in Paso for birthday celebrations and have had THE best time. Power couple Estera and Alex go above and beyond to plan your ride and make sure your party has a great time. On both occasions Grand Cru picked out amazing wineries and lunch spots and they don't disappointment. Had an Amazing time with Grand Cru Limos recently. Used them for driving us around in our car in Paso Robles. As someone in the industry and knowing our way around places worthy of drinking at locally, we thought we knew it all. I highly recommend using Grand Cru Limousine! I called two days before arriving to Paso and Alex was able to accommodate my needs. I was so happy to know that they practically have DD drivers (this is the best way to describe)for half the price of renting a car with a driver. Dawn (the person that drove my car) was awesome. She was very knowledgeable about wineries, was patient, personable and drove my car safely. I will definitely call Alex again. Keep the roads safe, don't get a DUI and hire Grand Cru! Alex and our driver James were absolutely amazing! I asked about a limo maybe a week in advance and Alex was very quick to respond and he set everything up for us. On top of that I left my GoPro in the limo and I emailed him later that night and without even chatting before hand he came and dropped it off where we were staying. I awoke to my gopro and i couldn't believe he came to drop it off but was soo very happy and thankful. James was such a gentlemen and I would most definitely recommend this company again. I planned a trip to Paso Robles for my boyfriend's birthday. I called Alex in advance and he was able to procure wine tastings at extraordinary vineyards and create a custom tour of exactly the types of wines my boyfriend and his friends wanted to experience.  Alex did all of the work setting up the tours, was on time, and all we had to do was show up.  It made for a relaxing, fun and memorable weekend.  If you are going to Paso Robles, and do not know the area (as I have been on tours with two other well known companies who do not even compare to Grand Cru Limousines) you would do well to just call Alex and ENSURE that you have the best possible experience. We had a great wine tour of Paso organized by Alex.  We had Lannon drive our own car, and between Alex and his suggestions, we had an amazing day visiting a selection of great vineyards and even meeting and having some great conversations with the vintners themselves.  These guys are pros and experts and know Paso.  Alex asked all the right questions about our likes and preferences, and came up with the perfect itinerary.  Lannon was a patient, expert guide and great driver.
