My father died unexpectedly. On top of that, he was a body donor which unfortunately, did not work out. We wound up with a funeral we never knew we would plan and a very tight schedule. My mother wanted to have a reception afterwards. I contacted Good Batch Mama at the eleventh hour with an impossible request, and they worked literal magic! If I only had four words to sum up Good Batch Mama I would say: Good food, great people. I called their office tonight to see if they had any extra frozen casseroles that I could buy to take to a family member who had just lost a loved one. They graciously took my call and helped me out. Today was not a pick up day, but a member of their team stayed after hours to check their inventory and wait for me to come pick up my last minute order. Their staff went out of their way to help out a customer in need. I truly cannot recommend Good Batch Mama enough. The food is delicious, but the customer service exceeds all expectations.
