Michael is a great trainer, he’s very knowledgeable and professional but also nice and overall just a cool guy. He’s always been flexible and just does his best to help me meet my goals, and I would highly recommend him if you’re looking to establish a fitness or weightlifting routine and want some guidance or motivation to do so.

I have had Michael as my trainer since July of 2021 and he has helped me achieve certain goals with dieting and helping drop weight, Michael has helped me push me to my limits when it comes to lifting a certain amount of weights, training under him I can achieve success.

At the beginning of 2021, I decided it was time to make a lifestyle change for myself physically and mentally. I began to weight train and after a month or so, Michael reached out to me asking if I wanted to start personal training with him. I figured why not since I could use some motivation and tips about which exercises to do throughout my week. This was last May, and I am still training with him to this day, twice a week, sometimes three. There is something about a personal trainer every one looks for, whether this be a good motivator or a friendly face to encourage you to do your best. Every single session I am in the gym with Michael feels like the very first one. He always encourages me to push myself and stay consistent with my workouts and diet on top of this. He is always an uplifting person to be around and constantly inspires me to better myself each and every day. I’ve began to love weight training so much because of him I’ve even started going to school to eventually become a trainer myself and help people with their nutrition and weightlifting.
