Gina Cargile, Transformational Healing Counselor

My sessions with Gina have been, without a doubt, the most transformative therapeutic work I have ever done. She is trained in many approaches to pyschotherapy, including a method called Internal Family Systems, which I have found to be the only effective approach to treating both my acute and chronic symptoms of PTSD. Working with Gina has helped me identify, understand, and heal the parts of myself that have been wrecking havoc on my life for decades, and to shift my mental, emotional, and physical well-being in ways I never imagined possible. Through my work with Gina, I have discovered what feels like an entire universe of tools and resources that I now have available to me at all times, and which have empowered me to process and integrate all of the inner wounds and conflicts that have held me back. Gina has been very instrumental in my mental health growth. I came to her very broken and needing help to cope with anxiety and sobriety.
