I have been a personal trainer for over 10 years and with 11 years of training. I have worked with clients in the age range of 14 to 78. Was a Personal Training Director for a commercial gym for 2 years. Brought my location from last place to the best in the district.

Through structured workout and diet plans. Everything is customized to their needs and goals. Also, mentally preparing them to be self-sufficient to maintain their new body after working with me.

Staying consistent with watching what you eat, how often you train, and sleep. Lastly, showing up for yourself.

I remember stepping foot into a gym and being lost. I want to be able to help people navigate their way through gyms, achieve their goals, and just be happy overall.

My clients should know that I have 1000% faith in their ability to achieve their goals. Even if they can’t see the end of the tunnel, I’ll guide them to it. They will start seeing changes in their body the first week of their program with me. Lastly, my goal is not to keep them as repeat clients. I want my clients to have the knowledge to maintain their new body, and no need to hire a trainer again.

I’m open to communication through zoom, FaceTime, call, text, email. If they’re my client, time will always be made for them.

Online clients, or if local, will wear a mask. Wipe down all equipment before and after use.

Online training includes structured personalized workout programs and detailed macro nutrients plans.

5 months with 2 checkins a week.

Payment $400 per month or $2000 paid in full.

1 hour sessions or a little over an hour until we complete the training for the day. Structured workout programs based off needs and goals. Detailed macro nutrient breakdown.
