Made to order artisan gelato and sorbet, from Italian classics to custom flavors
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We wanted to create authentic northern Italian gelato and sorbetto, using a hot/cold process as they do in Florence, Italy. The tase and texture are intense and silky, and it's the perfect addition to any event.
What do you love most about your job?
Everyone that we serve has a big smile, and especially for our customers who have not had gelato, their first bite is always a thrill! It's a great feeling to make so many people happy!
What inspired you to start your own business?
After more than 25 years in hospitality and event management, we wanted to start our on business and bring something unique to Nashville. We are both foodies, and gelato was something we truly enjoy, and coming up with new flavors is always exciting!
