How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Just a little converstation. We don't have a fixed menu. We can build the experience that you are looking for.

The reviews are almost always positive. The way customers rant about our brunch and when our chef invites us to a tasting.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having grown up in a german delicatessen in Brooklyn NY, food has run through our DNA.

We utilize a few different food trailers and have fed as many as 2000 people in 3 hours.
Catering
Our catering packages include a chef or server coming to your location for up to 2 hours and will monitor and serve the meal
Drop Off
Regardless of the cuizine, we will drop off the meal and there will be no attendant to serve
Bar Service
We will help design the experience you are looking for. Whether it is just providing a bartender serving your drinks or creating a custom bar menu where we provide everything. If you like you can also request the Rhino Bar Bus

Our Restaurant at 22nd and Pennsylvania offers a number of different configurations where we can host up to 15 - 40 people in a number of dining spaces.
