What kind of accounting services do you provide?
We are a licensed full service accounting firm. We provide everything from tax preparation to small business accounting services. Our specialties are small business taxes and IRS representation. However, we also provide services to individuals as well.
Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
If everyday grit and grind is the heart of business, then accounting is the brain. A great accountant does more than just data entry. We help you map out your business future and show you avenues that you might not have thought of. We put cost/benefit of your actions into perspective. Most importantly, we help you make informed decisions so you can secure your financial future.
What do you love most about your job?
That it doesn't feel like a job. I've always wanted to be an accountant. I consider this "work" as my hobby. In fact, you may catch me responding to your questions at 2 or 3 am!
I love that I get to meet people from all different backgrounds. One thing, I've learned in this field is that people are remarkable. When determined, they are genuine, inventive and inspiring. I am just glad to be part of their journey and to learn something new everyday.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I couldn't see myself doing anything else.
In order to help my clients, it was very important that I understand what they go through. Being self employed for 13 years now, I've gained perspective on the ups and downs. I've also understood about grit and grind that small business has to go through and, most importantly, I learned to value long term relationships with my clients.
Why should our clients choose you?
Rather than brag about my accomplishments, I prefer to be humble. I feel being a good listener helps a lot in this field. It helps me understand what my clients are going through and how I can add value to their situation.
