I want to commend the management at the midtown salon for their excellent customer service yesterday. I came to the salon to have my hair colored. When I got home, my hair looked yellow rather than platinum. Â I called the salon and they got me into another stylist the same day - Kelsey worked her magic and brought the color to my expectations - she even trimmed my hair and the salon did not charge me any additional fees. I have gone to Garbo's for a year now. Marie is my stylist and I LOVE HER! She is so thoughtful about making sure my hair is exactly as I envision it every time I get my hair cut. I have also had a facial done and the facialist was so personable too! Never have I left Garbo's without feeling I achieved exactly what I wanted! The receptionists are also always friendly too. Moved to Omaha by way of Georgia, met Lindsey B. by fate and instantly fell in love with her kind heart! She did my hair last week and I feel like a new person. She took the time to teach me how to style it, and what the best products to use were. While the location is a little further away, she is worth the trip! Naomi is the best stylist I've been to in so long. I'm very picky and particular about my hair. I thought I would never interact with another stylist who sees exactly what I want, like I see myself. I live in Phoenix Arizona and was with a stylist for many years who had famous clients like The Dixie Chicks, and numerous actresses and musicians in Nashville, Los Angels, and Phoenix. We lost touch because he became more expensive and less aware of my wishes and direction.I was in Omaha for a short time, to see family and friends. My mother and I came to this Garbo's while we were in town for a family visit. I just had looked for places near where we were staying, and I called to book the appointment rather than booking online. The process was easy and the receptionist was polite. When we arrived we were promptly greeted and checked in, Chloe was great! My gel manicure was with Mikaela, and she did a great job! She was super sweet and attentive to what I was looking.
