Cindy and Chi are a fantastic mother and daughter furniture dealing duo!After moving more than a handful of time in the past years, I have had my share of furniture shopping. Chi is one of the few, possibly the only one, who identified my issues with finding comfort in relation to my petite frame.She made great recommendations that addressed my primary concern for good back support in a couch. She was approachable, knowledgeable, and efficient!We had actually planned on shopping around a few more stores but ended up buying a couch in the same day of the first day, first store, and within 30 mins..haha. Yes, I do sometimes make impulse decisions. I only do this when I am pretty sure of that I am making a wise decision. Hands down the best people to work with!!! I bought a whole bed set and my bed was in storage, it kind of fell apart. I wanted to purchase the bed because I love my set and the ladies were so helpful and got me the bed I wanted in less than 5 minutes! They gave me the best deal! After moving to a studio, we were looking for modern furniture that would make our apartment comfy but not overwhelm the limited space. Bruce had excellent suggestions and guided us towards a dining table, chairs, and a couch that perfectly fit our place. Having never gone furniture shopping before, this could have easily been an overwhelming experience, so I really appreciate how Bruce streamlined the process and helped us find pieces that fit our home-especially our dining room table that can expand from to fit four or six people! Needed a new sofa and found a good one online at this location. Went in and they had a huge variety of all types. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Ended up getting a bigger, better, (more comfortable) sectional. They offered to deliver but with a always changing work schedule I just came and picked it up the following day. We were looking for a sectional to replace our sofa and love seat. We ordered a customized sectional from this location and we really love it.  It is  beautiful, comfortable, and changes the look of our home. Our family and guests also love and enjoy sitting on it too. It was done in a timely manner, exactly to our preference and measurements. I am updating my review today and adding another star as I received a call from Chi this evening regarding my first review and she wanted to reassure me that the couch and loveseat set they my husband and I bought were from the actual Ashley Manufacturer.  She looked into their catalog and told me that the couch should measure out to 90 inches so, even according to Cindy's measurements it was just a little shorter. We remeasured the couch and it was actually 87 inches. 3 inches shorter is not that big of a deal and we are actually happy with our purchase having had it in our home now for almost 2 week's. Our chair was leaning to the right slightly but my husband took the top off and realigned it with the bottom half and now it sits straight like it should. Though it was not wrapped in plastic Chi reassured me that this was a new chair. It certainly feel's better and it does look new so, we are good with our chair as well. Chi offered to make everything right for us, from sending out her man to realign the chair to herself coming out to remeasure the couch and to calling the Ashley Manufacturer if the couch needed to be replaced. She also stated to me that they do not make their own furniture. Overall I am very happy that Chi took the time to read my Yelp review and, actually call me and, to offer to make thing's right for us. I came to furniture liquidation with my parents, looking for a couch for their new house and boy did I find a good place. They have really good prices and though their selection is limited to the space, the owner can actually show you and work with you out of the catalogs he has . I highly recommend this place. Fantastic place! Great independent family owned business that does not hard sale you! Bought a chaise couch set, dining room set, queen bed, memory foam mattress and box spring, 2  chest of drawers, 2 night stands all for $3300! !!! We were able to pick out our fabrics for the couches etc. so impressed went back a week later and bought our daughter a mattress! Stephanie is a sweetie! I love coming into Furniture Liquidation! The manager is very helpful and informative. They have a wide variety of products to choose from such as Ashley's furniture, Benchley, and Acme. I came in with my friend to purchase a sofa set for my friend's new home. He wanted to best of the best but had no idea where to start. Bruce sat down with us and showcased different models for us. He took the time to narrow down selection for us and gave great input on the different designs and feel of the furniture. Needless to say, we purchased a sofa set that very day. We walked out the store satisfied, and with more money in our pocket than we were expecting to have left! I am so happy with my purchase here.  I had having a hard time finding bedroom furniture for preteen kids.  They need big kid furniture that they can grow into.  For starter, we have furnitures from all price point.  I have very high end (Herendon from North Carolina) and cheapo stuff (target/Ikea) at home.  I was looking primarily for moderate quality but good price point for the kid's room.  My search included big chains like PB kids, local chains (Jerome) and online retailers such as amazon.   What sold us at this place is the moderate quality for low end price which makes them an absolute bargain.  The guy working there is also very patient with me.  Even though he knows my purchase (price wise) would be small, he treated me like I am a VIP without being pushy.  Customer service is definitely top notch.    The bed itself is absolutely great!  I absolutely expect them to last for a long time and into their college days.
