I’ve been attending yoga classes at Full Circle for over 3 years now. Their trauma-informed approach to yoga has been absolutely life changing for me. I felt like I had tried and failed every other therapeutic modality out there, and after looking deeply into the research for effective PTSD treatments, the literature led me to trauma-informed yoga. There was a huge part of somatic healing that I just could never get in talk therapy, and it was so very needed to address my PTSD. Full Circle has so many helpful offerings for wherever you may be in your life journey. It’s been such a safe space for me to go and learn how to gain back control of my own body, and feel safe in my own body, and mind. I have also met SO many amazing people through this journey, and they will forever be life long friends. Highly recommend!!!! More...

Living with Type 1 Diabetes for over 55 years - along with the many complications that come with such a long journey - has left me exhausted in ways that go far beyond the physical. The constant management, the lack of "breaks", and the weight of other health issues caused by T1D had me overwhelmed and worn down. When my endocrinologist referred me to Full Circle Yoga & Therapy, I wasn't sure what to expect. What I found has been life-changing. After starting therapy with owner Steve Jones, I learned about the monthly "Chronic Pain & Illness Retreat". This three-hour class is unlike anything I've ever experienced. It combines gentle yoga, supportive therapeutic practices, and group interaction in a way that acknowledges the unique challenges of living with chronic illness and pain. For me, the retreat provides something rare: a safe space where I can move my body without judgment, share experiences with others who truly understand, and learn practical ways to cope with both the physical and emotional weight of my illness. It's not just about yoga - it's about being seen, supported, and reminded that I'm not alone in this struggle. I always leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more equipped to face the daily demands of my health. If you live with chronic illness or pain, I can't recommend this retreat highly enough. It's a gift of compassion, healing, and community that I didn't know I needed until I found it there. More...

The Chronic Pain & Illness Retreat at Full Circle Yoga & Therapy has been such a gift in my life. Living with Type 1 Diabetes for over 55 years, along with other serious health complications caused by T1D, has left me overwhelmed and exhausted in ways that go far beyond the physical. This retreat is the opposite of that — it’s a place of understanding, support, and true community. The three hours combine gentle, accessible yoga with therapeutic practices that help body and mind. But what makes it most powerful is the sense of connection. Being with others who understand what it’s like to live with chronic illness and pain has been healing in itself. We share, we learn, and we remind each other we’re not alone. I always leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more hopeful. If you live with chronic illness or pain, I can’t recommend this retreat enough. The community, compassion, and care here are truly remarkable. More...

Full Circle is not your average yoga studio or therapy office in fact, there is nothing quite like it. It's a one-stop shop offering classes and workshops that no one else is offering. What stands out for me is how much they respect their students, always working to address the needs of the individual while caring for the whole. When I walk in the door I immediately feel more supported and less stressed and it's a place I know I can always come home to. More...

I have been going to Full Circle Yoga and Therapy for the past two months for my regular yoga practice. Out of all the studios I have tried in Salt Lake, they are hands down the best. The environment is warm and welcoming. Each teacher takes time to get to know and where you are in your practice. I highly recommend this yoga studio, especially if you're just starting or coming to back to yoga! ???? More...

I used to go here frequently but after a few bad experiences I had to stop attending. This place could be really great but it's just too disorganized to be an acceptable use of time. Firstly, I had scheduled to see one of the in house therapists. She cancelled on me last minute in a very unprofessional manner.Next, I tried to attend weekly yoga classes including a Nidra class. These were great... When they happened. After sitting in traffic for 45 minutes I was informed the class was cancelled. I had to tell my friend (who drove down from Park City) that the class wasn't happening. Finally, I was very rudely informed that the passes I was purchasing (you could buy a 5 pack and save 10$ or whatever) were 'out' and I was 'done' even though I had bought it on my credit card and had proof that the transaction was made just a week prior. Needless to say this tactless action ruined my meditation experience that evening and sealed the deal for me. I haven't been back since. If you don't care about your time and you like being disrespected this is the place for you! More...

I've only been here a couple times but I have had such an amazing and positive experience that I will definitely be coming back! The studio space is beautiful, the teachers are knowledgeable, the classes are great but also unintimidating, and the owners are just the nicest. Also the prices here are much lower than most studios in the area. Full Circle definitely taps into the heart and spirit of yoga. More...

I was fortunate enough to meet Steve Jones in Feb of 2015 through Unite Fitness Program. All I can tell you is, I never met anyone who could get to the heart of the matter so quickly. On a personal note there were times it seemed to be more pain then gain, but I was gladly proven wrong by Steve. If you are fortunate enough to have access to Full Circle Yoga and Therapy.
