we had the best dinner with chef matt... a relatively large party and everything was wonderful. Matt is affable and friendly, yet still very efficient.
It was so much nicer to have him come to our place in Big Sky, than to try and arrange reservations for eight at a restaurant. The food was excellent. First time we did something like this and we were very pleased overall. If you're thinking about treating yourself , we would highly recommend
this experience - it's more than a meal.. it's a happy memory.

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I base all menu's on clients likes and dislikes taking into account and special occasions or food allergies that may be present with the group that the menu is disigned for.
What do you love most about your job?
Creativity and establishing relationships with returning clientele year after year.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I saw a niche market emerging in the local economy 10 years ago and was tired of working for other people and wanted to have the freedom and gratification of working for myself.
