Outstanding customer service. I live in MA and wanted to send flowering plants to two families in the Royal Palm Beach area who had recently lost a loved one. I called Flower Kingdom and spoke with Barbara. She was wonderful! Not only did she help me select the right plants, she sent me pictures of what they both looked like and notified me when they were delivered. I have been using this family owned company for a number of years to send flower arrangements to my mom on various occasions. I have always heard great reviews from from mom & other family members about the unique arrangements & long lasting flowers that were delivered. Today, I had the privilege of actually meeting one of the owners, Sandy- who was a very kind hearted & compassionate individual. I live in Texas. I wanted to call a local florist in Royal Palm beach to order flowers for my mother so that I could speak with the shop personally instead of going through 1-800 flowers . I spoke with a sales lady who was extremely helpful and understanding of my wanting a plant instead of flowers for Mothers Day. They delivered a beautiful plant arrangement to my mom on the day I requested it . She has expressed to me by phone and by text how much she loved the arrangement , particularly the size of it . I walked in the flower shop Sat 1/13/17 11am and by noon I had my Mason jars filled with beautiful Roses and babybreath.
