I started my business in 2020 when the whole construction world was losing it's mind and we were growing exponentially. I knew that was an abnormal period though, and that kind of frenzy was not sustainable. When things slowed down, like I expected them to, I needed a business coach who could so several specific things. 1- Help me find what my new normal should be, 2- Bring my partner and I into the same library, then the same section, then the same book, and eventually the same page.
