My experience was outstanding! I was hosting a baby shower for my daughter who is a first time mother and me being a first time grandmother. I wanted this occasion to be special, I researched so that I could find a chef for the event. I came across flavorful dishes with Chef Haynes, he had excellent reviews so I decided to go with Chef Haynes. Hoping that my experience would be just as good a his reviews stated....Well I'll tell you it was absolutely excellent !! he was in constant contact with me to let me know how things were going to check in to make sure I didn't need anything during the process. He was wonderful to work with I told him how many people I had and what time of day it was and he came up with a menu. He also made a Xtra large menu that he displayed, it was adorable. He had a baby theme printed on it and my grandson's name . He gave it to me as a keepsake. The food was delicious the presentation was excellent the guests it's so many compliments . Chef Haynes, was on time he contacted me when he was in route he was professional he was really a lot of fun...he had such good energy. You will not regret the decision to have Chef Haynes a part of your event. Everybody at my event was asking for Chef Haynes information. He came out and greeted each guess. This was the first Christmas that I decided to hire a caterer to do my Christmas dinner, and Chef Haynes did not disappoint! From the communication with him to the completion of the meal was done quite professionally! The meal was seasoned well and absolutely delicious! My family and I really enjoyed the food, and many returned for seconds. My son even took some of the leftovers with him. Hey Haynes delivered the meal in a timely manner and wrote instructions for warming up the food prior to our dinner time.

This Christmas (2022), I decided that I would seek out a caterer to help me with my Christmas dinner. I found Chef Haynes on Thumbtack, and communicated with him about my dinner menu. We decided on a turkey meal that consisted of carved turkey and gravy, collard greens, mashed potatoes, cornbread, rolls, and assorted cupcakes. My family and I were most pleased with the food! The turkey was moist and absolutely delicious! Everybody raved over the entire menu, and went back for seconds! Some even left with containers of the leftovers! Chef Haynes truly outdid himself! I was so impressed with the love he put into his cooking that I have already expressed my desire to use his services again for my 75th birthday gathering in April!
I HIGHLY recommend Chef Haynes and am happy to have him to use for many of my future events, especially since I am a 74 year old senior who will no longer be preparing large holiday meals! Bravo, Chef Haynes! You go, Boy!!! More...

MY REVIEW OF THE PRIVATE CHEF SERVICES FROM CHEF HAYNES OF FLAVORFUL DISHES

On Thanksgiving Day I had the privilege of receiving the very professional Private Chef Services from Chef Haynes of FLAVORFUL DISHES.

He actually arrived ahead of schedule after calling to let me know of his arrival in 30 minuets. When he arrived me and my daughter were greeted with a big beautiful smile and open arms. He was neatly dressed in his Chef attire.

I then showed him around the kitchen and turned it completely over to him. He went to his vehicle and brought in the food. So much food...very plentiful. He proceeded to do his thing.

While he was cooking my parents arrived. We watched some football and had appetizers. Also Chef Haynes was very entertaining and very personable during that time.

Chef Haynes set up Thanksgiving Dinner on the kitchen table. He then announced that dinner was served. Next he escorted us all to the dinning room table. Next he pulled out our chairs and fixed our plates and served us individually.

He prepared cajun turkey, glazed ham with pineapple slices, which were both tender juicy and seasoned to perfection. Braised brussel sprouts and sauteed spinach. Two different types of dressing, cheese/macaroni, mashed potatoes, gravy and wheat rolls. EVERYTHING was super delicious and required NO additional seasoning at all......

We all enjoyed every single bite of everything on the menu. Everything was just simply scrumptious and yes.... VERY MUCH TASTEFUL and FLAVORFUL indeed.

To top it off dessert was carmel cake. Ohhh 😨 my goodness.....was the best. He also served us the cake slightly warm. It actually melted in my mouth. So..so good 😍.

Chef was very neat and kept the kitchen tidy. He put all the left-overs in proper containers and put them in the refrigerator. He left the kitchen in excellent condition. I saw so elated from the whole experience. It was a wonderful Thanksgiving with my family!!!!

As Christmas is approaching I have booked Christmas Dinner with him. I am very much looking forward to his excellent service again.

Chef Haynes was EXCELLENT! He arrived early and gave us instructions to turn the oven on 30 minutes prior to his arrival! Very helpful and especially hospitable and professional ! The Pineapple Glazed Ham and Jersey Turkey were ESPECIALLY GREAT! He took care of our event from heating up the food to escorting our guests for Thanksgiving to the table and serving everyone and packing up leftovers to the clean up and storage of leftovers! A great experience from beginning to end is an understatement! The communication was on point and frequent so that we were on the same page the whole time. Chef Haynes was profession and gave great suggestions throughout the process all while listening to my preferences. He also helped keep my husbands surprise birthday an actual surprise and was just as happy as I was when we pulled it off! Now the food….was…. Amazing!!! As he had said it did not disappoint! All of the guests were raving and asking for his contact information right away. We had a menu of various different options which were sweet and sour pork, potato skins, wings and much more - there wasn’t one item that wasn’t delicious! When it came to dessert he helped cut the birthday cake and he had also brought cookies and ice cream for the kids which he passed out wearing the biggest smile! In summary not only was the food amazing, but the chefs that delivered and served the food made our night with their smiles and infectious positive attitudes and smiles!
