Finally - a relatable fitness trainer! Trish wasn't someone who just woke up and loved going to the gym. She walked in my shoes and understands the trials and tribulations that go into weight loss and changing your lifestyle. When I first met with Trish for a consultation, I started to tear up just talking about my struggle with my weight, and to my surprise, she did too. She was able to relate to what I was saying and let me know that I wasn't alone. Fast forward to almost 10 months later, and I am seeing a difference. I have a stigma about logging foods in apps like Weight Waters and Noom. Trish and I have started our own little version of logging that doesn't make me feel stressed or judged. She makes notes on my meals to tell me good meals or better alternatives for next time. I call her spontaneously when in the super market with quick SOS questions and she answers and guides me through it with no issue. She calls my bluff when I am just finding excuses to fall off the wagon but she is supportive when I am doubting myself and my progress. She provides the perfect amount of tough love. She checks in with me everyday and even sets alarms to follow up when I tell her I am super busy but check back later. This has been an investment in myself that at first I was nervous to make, but is truly worth every penny! (So much that I renewed my contract after the first 6 months was up). I have consistantly been going to the gym since 2017 and was feeling lost with my next steps but working with Trish has given me the guidance, motivation, and confidence that I just wasn't able to attain on my own. Through her programming, I have fallen in love with moving my body and feel stronger than ever. Each workout is attainable and fun while catering to your specific fitness goals and challenging you along the way. Working with Trish has been a game changer! Having someone who is reliable, knowledgeable, caring, and relatable makes all the difference when you're trying to make such major changes in your body and lifestyle.
