Introduction: I am a 50 year old mother of two. After graduating from The University of Notre Dame Law School, I practiced as an attorney for 12 years but had to give up my practice because I came down with postpartum depression after the birth of my second daughter. I gained a large amount of weight and was incredibly unhealthy. I know what it's like to struggle to eat right and lose weight. I have been there! I have gone from obese to competition stage ready and have competed several times. Once I knew how wonderful it felt to be in amazing shape I decided that I had to be a personal trainer so I could share my new found passion with other people.

I completed my ISSA certification and quickly started up my own online personal training business. I eventually joined a large family gym as a trainer and eventually moved on to train in a few more hardcore warehouse gyms. I finally landed at Kings Gym in Bedford Heights where I now call home. Since my career change, I have successfully trained and educated hundreds of clients so that they are able to make better nutritional and exercise choices when they can't be with me. I view so many of my clients as family given how much I interact with them and try to become a source of motivation, inspiration and knowledge. I invest a bit of myself with every client as I see their challenges as being mine as well. Their victories are my success!

I get to wake up everyday and know that I am helping people. I am so blessed that I can be employed doing something I truly love!
