I had an appointment at this location on 4/23/25 at around 5 pm to have my fingerprints taken. I arrive there and there is no way to go down on the elevator to where it says the fingerprinting service is because it says it’s locked and through the stairs the door was also locked and no one opened it for us. There were 4 other people who also had an appointment within that hour and none of us could get in. We were all very upset that we showed up for our appointments but couldn’t get done what we needed to do. I tried calling here but there is no way to reach this location directly? Fingerprinting appointments need yo be scheduled in advance cause they fill up quickly and sometimes u have to wait a while for an appointment. They just delayed the whole process because this was already my second appointment that I waited two weeks for and when I couldn’t get done what was needed now I had to wait another week to get an appointment at another location.
