My event was really liked and the food was good. I didn’t even get to eat a rib they were gone quick. The Mac n cheese tasted like my families and everything was so yummy.

The cake stand was a show stopper and the cupcake risers were very pretty.

The only issues I had were some logistical issues. I wouldn’t consider this a full service catering in regard to not having to help with set up. I was expecting set up and break down. We also had to use our own coolers and some serving utensils.

These were small things but overall she delivered as promised the food was bomb and I appreciate everything worked out in the end. I wish her success in this journey and if we need to host another event would book again! More...

Bridget's 60th Birthday party

Hello, my name is Bridget Brann, I went on Bart to find
someone to cater my birthday party. The company I chosen didn't call me to the next day. But that same day, ( Fat Mommas's kitchen ) gave me a call. They was very respectful, attentive, sweet, kind and patient with me. We talked about the menu but I didn't finalize anything yet because I wanted to make sure my daughters we're in agreement with me. Long story short, a couple of days we finalized. They were so patient and so respectful. She told me she never miss. I'm like ok. The food arrived early. Was set up very nicely. And the party guest loved it. I wanted to have a BBQ style cookout for my 60th birthday. I googled caters for BBQs, when done, I came across the name “Fat Mommas Kitchen”, what a great marketing name. I read the reviews (which all came true) sent my request for booking and had a conversation with the owner early in the morning. I never tasted her food, but the moment from the first conversation, she was very professional and respective, I was convinced to go with this company.

Up until the day of the event, FMK was in constant communication. The day of the event, the team was on time, set up went extremely smooth and the grilling went without complications. When time to eat, FMK’s team served the food without a hitch. The food was EXCELLENT, everyone informed me how good the food was during and after the event. I must add, my son is vegan and FMK went above and beyond to accommodate his vegan diet.

I must say, my decision to hire FMK was without a dault, a successful and stressless choice. I wanted to host my family and guest with ease during the celebration, it was all made possible with FMK.
