Terrible experience! Didn’t show up the first night, came the second night with 2 men not in uniform, unprepared to handle the event. Didn’t show up the next night, or any other nights. Owner has been saying he will refund our money since 10/23/2022. As of today we have gotten nothing back and they won’t accept our calls. When I called the department of labor to put in the complaint the lady recognized the company name because she's received so many complaints on him. I nearly lost everything I owned waiting on money owed from this company. And the few times I did get paid did not contain the amount owed from the last check. On top of all that money was being taken out of my check for insurance, but in reality there was no insurance at all! Falu Security NC Operations Manager speaking: Hector Falu is a habitual lier, con artist and fraud. He refuses to pay Supervisors and gaurds. I personally have deposited checks in his account for employees and myself NOT TO GET PAID. He has over $50,000 owed to employees. He threatens employees about going to the labor board, tells them he will not pay if they don't drop the complaint. Get an attitude when you ask about funds owed.
