That depends on what the user wants to do! One thing that all great websites have in common though is a clear and intuitive path for users to accomplishing their goals- be it to buy a product, register for an event or service, learn about your company or organization, or get in contact with you.

Some important things that I will ask are:
1. What are your goals with your website?
2. What do you want your users' goals to be?
3. What kind of look and feel do you want to achieve that supports your brand?
4. How quickly do you need to launch?
5. Do you have hosting and a domain, or do you need help securing those/setting those up?
6. Have you worked with anyone in the past in building a website?

In this line of work, I get to meet all kinds of great people that are always so passionate about their mission- be it their company, their non-profit, or their idea. It's really rewarding to help folks bring life to something they are passionate about, that will help them achieve their goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always been interested in technology, and turned a hobby of tinkering with web technology into a very fruitful career. Now that I am in management, I don't get as much hands-on time as I used to. Starting this business has allowed me to help others using the skills I have gained in my professional career while allowing me to get back to being more hands-on. It also keeps my tinkerer's heart full!
