Ms. Doreen was the best person I could hire for my wife’s surprise baby shower. I didn’t want an elaborate dinner so I encouraged her to come up with a small menu with mostly finger foods. She did an excellent job making an elaborate charcuterie board that fed up to 60 people with no problem, and these delicious bread pudding cups that is now a craving my wife has and much more. What’s your signature dish?
Lasagna or bread pudding would be some of my signature dishes. Clients just fall in love with my cheesy lasagna that never disappoints. Bread pudding as a dessert option is my number one hitter especially as someone from New Orleans.

Consulting with them and getting their vision on what they would like to see at their event.

Family and friends encouraged me after I continuously helped for their events such as birthdays, small gatherings and memorials.
