I just had a marvelous experience with Events by DMV Cater. I’d been planning my wedding reception since July 25’ and Gloria has been nothing but helpful in assisting us with food options for our party. We ordered this: Mini Caprese Skewers Mini BBQ Meatballs Truffle Mac and Cheese bites Veggie kabob bites Chicken Skewers Mini beef sliders Cauliflower Curry Crostinis EVERYTHING, and I mean everything was delicious. DMV Cater made my Dad’s Celebration of Life at Top of the Town a true celebration. The food was delicious, the servers and bartenders attentive and Jamie held my hand throughout the process. I highly recommend DMV Cater and wish I could give them more stars! I chose DMV Cater to cater my father’s celebration of life for 75 people at the Top of the Town in Arlington, following his burial at Arlington National Cemetery. Jamie Choi and her team rose to the occasion providing an exceptional culinary experience and professional service that honored my father’s legacy with dignity and warmth. The reception was early evening, and I selected a variety of heavy appetizers, that included gluten free options, with an open bar. The food was fresh, flavorful and elegantly presented, the bar was tastefully set up with timely service to everyone and the staff was professional and treated every guest with kindness and respect. Guests are still talking about the food, the elegant presentation of the room, including our family pictures and my father’s military medals that DMV set up, and how professional and thoughtful the entire service team was throughout the evening. Jamie went above and beyond to help me plan every detail of the event and to stay within my budget. She was not only professional and incredibly organized, but she also showed true compassion and understanding for how difficult this was for me and my family. She coordinated directly with the Top of the Town on prep, setup and clean up and was flexible to changes in the service schedule to ensure every detail was taken care of and that things ran smoothly on the day of his burial, allowing me to fully focus on being with family and guests. DMV came through big time for us for our daughter’s graduation party on 5/17/25! Their setup and take down of the rental tent/tables/chairs and food was flawless. In addition the food was fantastic!! We had about 35-40 people in a fairly tightly spaced backyard and they were still able to set everything up so that nobody felt cramped. Also Jamie was great to work with and was very responsive.
