At Eucalyptus, entrepreneurship isn’t a pivot—it’s the foundation. Rob has been building businesses his entire life. He was running a floor covering store at just 16 years old and launched his first accounting firm by 25. Since then, he’s owned and sold multiple companies and helped over 100 clients grow as a fractional CFO. For him, starting Eucalyptus was a natural next step—a way to deliver the kind of financial clarity and strategic guidance he knew business owners needed but rarely found in traditional accounting firms.

Joe’s path started in marketing and evolved into a leadership career helping companies—from startups to Fortune 500s—build smarter products and scale sustainably. After leading major growth initiatives in tech, Joe wanted to bring that same focus on customer value and operational excellence to small businesses. Eucalyptus was born out of that shared belief: that every business owner deserves financial visibility, strategic support, and a partner who treats their business like their own.

Together, Rob and Joe founded Eucalyptus to bring those principles to life—and to take the financial stress off business owners’ plates, so they can focus on doing what they love.

Owning businesses makes us better advisors, because we understand the stress and pressure that comes with small business ownership. That helps us tailor our services to exactly what clients need. That includes numbers updated daily (because you can't wait to make decisions in a small business) and high-level advice from business owners who have been there and done that.

We only provide services remotely. While this can be scary for those not used to working this way, the tools available allow us to work just as if we were sitting next to you. We've been working as remote accountants for over 20 years, we promise we can make it comfortable!
