I've worked with Ethan for over 5 years. He's rehabbed me through 2 broken knees and 2 hip replacements, helped me get strong and kept my spirits up when I had to deal with another injury. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Being a busy parent creates unique challenges and should be addressed with unique solutions so results are achieved. This is not another food restrictive, cardio focused 'quick fix' program. We focus on creating new habits/ behaviors that our clients are able to adhere to even when life wants to get in the way, so that they achieve results. Not only that, we focus on results that last, even after leaving our program.
To us, it doesn't matter that a client loses 20 lbs if they gain it back a year later, thats not real results.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency. Our program is not about being perfect, rather its about continuing to show up and try again long enough for real transformation to occur. We teach that you can have the body of your dreams without giving up your favorite foods or any other of life's pleasures. Its about moderation and creating balance. Focusing on the actions that need to be taken long enough for the body of your dreams to be realized.
What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to help fellow parents turn into their best, healthiest versions of themselves so they can feel like they are a super mom or dad. Getting messages about how much better they feel, clothes fitting again, how they can play with their kids more, feel confident post pregnancy, etc. Helping clients feel like they can be an example to their families, thats my favorite part.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started out working at a large corporate gym and worked there for years but always struggled with being forced to do coaching their way. Where clients were just numbers on a page to them, and I wasnt able to offer the service my clients needed / what I could deliver if I had the freedom to do so.
I then transitioned from in person coaching to online so that I could offer my services to anyone. Creating even more freedom to help clients in the ways that serve them best.
Why should our clients choose you?
To me, its less about the certifications (even though they matter) and more about having a coach who can empathize while also balancing the accountability needed to make change. To that point, I see my role as one designed to teach my clients the 'how', 'what', 'why', behind what they're implementing so they learn what they need to be successful even after they are no longer with me.

We help optimize metabolism (how your body uses food as fuel) for each client. We use a 2 step approach; eating habits and their relationship with food. Instead of focusing on eliminating/ restricting, we teach clients what should added to make the body a calorie burning machine. Solutions can include meal plans, grocery shopping lists as well as continual feedback and support tailored to the needs of each client so the relationship with food becomes positive and lasting
Personalized Workout Programs
Workouts that are based on your goals, abilities, lifestyle and more. Designed to not rely on a gym saving you time & money (no hours on a treadmill). All this is delivered as a seamless experience from our custom app with step by step video instructions and descriptions so you never wonder how to get the most from your training. Most importantly, you can fit your training into your schedule!
Remote technique coaching is also included so you never question if you're "doing it right".
