I never thought I'd go to therapy. Not because I was against it at all, more because I thought I was a great "therapist" to my friends and family so why do I need it? Boy was I wrong! I've got a newfound respect for therapy and what having the right therapist can do for your life. I came to Jennine at a time where no one could've told me I'd be so low ever in life. She's been instrumental in helping bring "me" back to myself! A place I never thought I'd get to. Jennine makes me feel like I'm talking to someone who's known me for years and knows what I want out of life. She gives me actual tools that I can take with me and apply in everyday scenarios so the therapy goes beyond our 1 hour sessions. I first reached out to Estes Therapy for couples counseling because it was one of the first options that popped up on google. When I called Jeanine answered and after hearing my reasons for reaching out she paused to ask me how I was doing. She took the time to really make sure I was okay instead of just trying to book an appointment. My partner and I started couples therapy the next week. Jeanine has been an absolute blessing for our relationship but an even bigger blessing for my own personal growth. Jeanine has giving me the tools to learn how to effectively communicate, set boundaries, and honor my emotions personally, all while teaching us how to strengthen our relationship at the same time. I have been going to therapy since I was 7 years old and I can confidently say that in the last year of working with Jeanine I have learned more about myself and how to have healthy relationships than ever before.I'm so thankful for Jeanine and Estes Therapy and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an enriching therapy experience. Professional and personable! Held us accountable to the work we had to do together  in order to make our marriage work and forced us to continually confront them in our sessions until we had the ability to hold ourselves accountable. Jennine has been such a blessing during the rougher seasons in my marriage, my journey through a life altering heath diagnosis and simply finding a reason to look at the brighter side of life again. She radiates hope and peace in a professional and well-structured manner. She reaches out to me to check-in and see how I am doing, I love how personable and kind she is. I have had to bring my young son with me to some sessions and she is fabulous with kids. She gave my son earphones and a tablet and that was problem solved. The team at Estes Therapy is great! I have worked with Jessica and I can't say enough good things about her. I am so grateful for the way she has helped to get my relationship with my husband back on track. She has a great knowledge of the EFT method to get through a couples surface complaints and uncover the true feeling behind them. She totally puts you at ease and makes you feel like she is just as vested in your relationship as you are. She is not only your guide in this process, but also your partner. Jennine and I have worked together on a professional level and I can attest that she is truly passionate about helping her clients. She has an innate talent for hearing what you're really saying, and getting to the heart of the matter. She is incredibly empathetic and caring, and the type of person who always makes you feel better about yourself. Also, it's important to note that Jennine is always educating herself on the latest and best EFT techniques; I know she chose this model of therapy because of its high degree of structure and success rates with clients. Her goal is not to keep you in her office for years, but to help you overcome your problems and move on. My spouse and I sought Jennine's help after our relationship broke down due to infidelity 2 years ago. I found Jennine to be an incredible therapist. She weeded through the "he said - she said" to get to the feelings involved in the actions and statements and did it in the most non-judgemental and compassionate way imaginable. She was able to make my spouse understand my hurt in a direct yet compassionate manner. Sadly, we did not continue with counseling because my spouse had some other issues that needed to be dealt with which were hampering the progress we were making with Jennine.
