What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job in the fire watch and security guard business is knowing that we’re protecting lives, property, and peace of mind 24/7. Every day, we provide safety in situations where people feel vulnerable—whether it's guarding a site under fire watch, securing a business overnight, or responding to an emergency. I take pride in the fact that our presence prevents incidents, helps clients feel safe, and supports our community. That sense of responsibility and trust is what drives me and my team to give our best every day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me to start my own business was the desire to create something with purpose—to have control over the quality of service, build trust with clients, and offer real value to the community. I saw gaps in the industry—especially in fire watch and security services—where professionalism and reliability were lacking. I wanted to build a company that sets higher standards, supports its employees, and truly puts safety first. The motivation came from a mix of experience, ambition, and the belief that I could make a difference by doing things the right way.
