How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Every client's goals, health history, fitness levels, and bodies are different. My approach is to individualize every plan including exercise, nutrition, and mental health for clients to reach their health goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Perseverance! A healthy, functional body does not happen overnight. I start with small, tangible, and manageable goals for clients to reach and continue these goals until clients feel confident in how their body looks and moves.
What do you love most about your job?
There is no better feeling than seeing someone love how their body feels, looks, and moves. My job is not just to change a client's body, it is to change their life and how they interact with the world.
