We just got back from an eight-day trip. We contracted Equipaws to care for our labradoodle Rio and we COULD NOT BE MORE IMPRESSED. A family friend slept over and Equipaws came over during the day several times to feed Rio, play with her and let her out. Each visit was followed by a journal entry which came to me in the form of a text/email. Photos were included along with detailed explanations of what was done. My cat was diagnosed a few weeks prior to us leaving on vacation with diabetes and she requires two (2) insulin shots a day.  My vet highly recommended Equipaws for pet sitting since they have expertise administering insulin. From the moment I met Flavia Berti I knew they were going to be great. My cat is shy and my other cat even more shy. Once we got my diabetic cat out from under the bed Flavia gave her so much love she won her over right away. Needless to say the week we were out Flavia did a magnificent job coming twice a day and giving her the insulin and taking care of my other indoor cat and my outdoor cats.  She even won over my super shy male cat he was following her all over the house! I was amazed and my husband and I were able to enjoy our vacation knowing that our babies were well taken care of.  Her full service pet sitting on a scale from 1 to 10 was a 10.  I highly recommend Equipaws.  I love the daily pet journal where she sends pictures and a full report for each visit.  Flavia and Equipaws were truly a blessing to us.  I will be using their services always! Top-tier pet sitting services! I've lived all over the country and these folks are ah-mazing! Extremely well organized from the initial visit throughout the reservation process to the actual services while away. My kitties ended up having some GI issues right before I was leaving and Sarah was a Pro in handling it while I was gone. This is the second time we have used this service and again we are pleased. Natalie takes such good care of our Cali, we can relax and enjoy our vacation. Everything is done, mail brought in, house checked, trash taken out, and foremost our cat taken care of! You can email for updates and Meghan always answers right back. Then when you arrive home there are notes for every time there was a visit, and a card from the sitter. The owner, Flavia, always emails upon our return to make sure we are back and happy with their service. Equipaws genuinely cares for your pets and is a great value for pet parents peace of mind! Equipaws is the best pet sitting/ dog walking service out there. I cannot imagine leaving my dogs with anybody else. They are very profesional and they truly love their work, they are not just dog walkers and animal sitters they are animal lovers. We've just used Equipaws for the first time, and we're delighted with the service. Our two indoor cats were going to be left alone for a week, and we needed someone to come over daily to feed them, clean their litter box, and interact with them a little bit. Flavia was quite thorough in getting all the necessary information for the set-up, and Logan thoughtfully wrote out notes describing each daily visit, for our perusal upon returning home.
