EP Event Group -Amazing Wedding Experience

We are so glad we chose EP Event Group. As you may know planning is stressful. From the start Nick & his team were incredible! All the others were concerned about payment deposit , not Nick, his policy was pay what you can when you can - we opted for his Photo Video Package (which was the best we found out there) He allowed us to pay payments up to 6 months after our wedding as we just could not afford all at once- Both professionals Noah & Henri had completed our photos & video which was incredible and sent to us 2-3 months after our wedding. We did not even finish paying for it ! The wedding was flawless, We wanted Nick to perform for our grandparents as they are in their 70's. He did and even put their names in the song. The joy and smiles he brought to their faces was priceless. His DJ & MC Team led by Jerry & David quite honestly was so wonderful and accommodating . All our requests were played our introductions were done perfectly. Our wedding also involved 7 children 3 with special needs, They were all requesting songs and they did their best to keep them pleased - Cotton eyed Joe was on our do not playlist, but requested by one of the children. Jerry actually asked our permission to play which of course was fine with us- It was to say the least a hit for the kids & adults on the Dance floor! We cannot say enough about the level of service -communication, flexibility with pricing and payments, just a great celebration all around. =It worked like a dream 1-2-3

Over promise, under deliver. We originally booked Ep event group because we really enjoyed our consultation call with Nick. After booking and signing the contract, our emails, texts, and calls went unanswered for months. Bride received explicit inappropriate text from the company as well with no apology. We texted our promised DJ the night before the wedding with no response. We were told we were booked with Nick and then on the day of the wedding saw two people we had never met or talked to show up. After the ceremony the MC (Jeremy) came up to the bridal suite with the bride and groom and begged us to let him perform a song even though we had explicitly said no multiple times. DJ and MC came up to bride and groom all night. They complained about grooms Down syndrome cousin because he requested a song to be played that was already agreed to on our play list. Bride printed out play list and do not play list for DJ and asked him multiple times to only play off of her play list. He played 3 songs off of her do not play list right away, even after she talked to him about it and continually reminded him. DJ and MC abandoned DJ station and hung out drinking at the bar. At the end of the night before bride and groom are making their exit the DJ and MC pulled them over to talk about payment due that was already given in an envelope. Nick and his crew did such an amazing job for my daughters sweet sixteen. The lights, fireworks and live singing was incredible! My daughter was smiling all night long. Friends and family raved about EP event groups.
We booked Nick and his crew again for my 40th and he blew us away yet again! He had everyone on the dance floor, all night long the photographer and videographer capturded every moments and the living singing blew the room away.

A pure joy to recommend Nick and his team. The Group outdid themselves for my daughter's bat mitzvah. Their video wall, furnishings, lighting and sparklers are top notch. ... and extremely competitively priced. Throw in an amazing DJ and MC and you've got the recipe for one heck of a party. Loved working with the entire team as our special day approached. They played all the tunes on our song list and the fun never stopped. Nick, and EP event group came highly referred. We were both invited to visit Nick and his team at his show room in Westchester. Once inside Nick, we were able to visually see all this company had to offer. We were looking into photography and video as well and nicks professional team and pricing was incredible. We wanted a photo booth but because we were having over 200 guests Nick gave us two for the price of one. Now the best part we were looking into a band, but they are very pricey. Nick’s live entertainment division led by his son and daughter was one of the main reasons why we booked this company. They use the word or phrase powered by talent and boy are they talented.

My wife and I got married in Atlantic City but were shopping around for DJ's in the NYC metro area hoping we could find one that would be willing to travel down to AC fit within our budget. Some friends of ours highly recommended EP Event Group. We called and spoke with both Nick the owner and Taylor the Event Coordinator and they invited us to come to their showroom to go over packages and see first hand, what they offer. My wife and I were amazed by their state of the art uplighting, sound, photo booths, sparklers and so on. We were sold! Nick and his team took the time to explain the packages and pricing and were more than willing to give us a price that fit our budget yet still managed to provide us with everything we wanted for our wedding.
Our reception was flawless thanks to Nick and his team. The Bride was extremely happy and so were all 200 of our guests.
Nick sang and our guests were blown away by his singing.
All in all, EP Event Group gets 5 stars and we will use him and his team for all future events and so will family and friends who raved about them. EP knocked it out of the park! More...

I was part of a wedding party over the weekend, in Pelham, where EP was in charge of the music. The quality was pretty bad. All three of the songs that was supposed to play as the bridal party, bride and groom walked up to the alter cut out and got stuck multiple times, causing some akward moments. During the reception, the song choices were dated to the point I felt I was at bingo night at a retirement home instead of a wedding. The groom insists that he gave them a long list of possible music, including many mainstream songs, but the Dj ignored all of them. The photo booth was fun, but it had no themes for a wedding, looking more like it was made for a sweet 16. If you want someone who's going to do the bare minimum Ep is your group, otherwise I would reconsider. More...
