This is my first time taking personal training. Juliana is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and very friendly, which made it easy to feel comfortable and motivated from day one.
Juliana takes the time to understand your goals and creates personalized workouts that are both effective and enjoyable. Juliana is great. We started working together recently on my goal to get stronger. I have chronic pain and disabilities and she always strives to make sure I am doing what is safe and comfortable but still pushing myself to make sure I'm getting the most out of my workouts safely.
She is very motivating while we are training which makes me want to work harder to see what I can accomplish. I always leave our sessions proud of myself. She has also shown me some great workouts that no other trainer has shown me before, and not only are they effective but fun.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
First things first, fitness needs to be personalized for each client in a way that sets a fire under them to WANT to workout way after we are done training. Not only do we set up a unique training, meal, and overall wellness plan, but I make sure to check in and offer help outside of our sessions. I want this for you! And I know it can be difficult gathering that momentum, but checking out trainers is a perfect first step! Let's do this! The secret is to LOVE what you do and LOVE what you eat! Let's find healthy recipes that are nutritious and delicious for you, and start to forge a fit lifestyle that you can be proud of.
What do you love most about your job?
I love cultivating relationships with amazing individuals as they embark on their life changing quests. A lot of my clients are already on my bridesmaids list! When we train together, just know I am in it for you and will fight tooth and nail with you so you reach the mountaintop.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was a varsity athlete all four years in high school competing in track and field, volleyball, and basketball. I had plans to play in college as well, until I tore both my ACL's (knee ligament). I had to learn how to how to walk, run, jump, and trust my body again. My mind body connection had been severed, and it took a long time to not just reconnect it, but surpass what it was before. With that being said, learned so much about the body, its mechanics, and how important whole body fitness is for your over all lifelong wellness. Last but not least, my first semester in college I gained over 40 ib inside of an extremely toxic and abusive relationship. It was then that I binged on food and quickly found I had an eating disorder. I would eat a ton of food, feel guilty, and take strong laxatives to purge my shame. In the end, I lost my mind and heart connection. I then began my journey to regain my body and my heart. I lost all the weight and now I am the healthiest I have ever been, because I have healed my relationship with food, my heart, my body, and my mind. Helping people also find this peace has been such a great joy because I have BEEN WHERE YOU ARE! It can feel like a very hopeless place, but it does not have to be the destination. I look forward to meeting you, and helping you through this.
