Before working with Jessie, I could spend a lot of time analyzing situations or reacting to them from a disempowering place. I felt, for example, I need a certain amount of money or leverage to bring my most confident, powerful self forward in sales or business negotiations. What do you love most about your job?
I love that I can have conversations with people in which they have a light bulb go off and start to create plans and produce results. These actions cause a type of fulfillment and transformation that is undeniable. I also just love hearing people's commitments and having them go beyond what may be stopping them in fulfilling those commitments.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In my over 10 years of being trained in professional and personal development, utilizing these methodologies to produce breakthrough results in my life, and attaining a Life Coaching Certification, it was just time to start turning this into a business. I see how people how struggling during Covid-19 and now more than ever, this sort of coaching is essential.
